Mr. Mondelli is experienced in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various industries, including:

Since joining Rubino IP, Mr. Mondelli has assisted the firm in representing entities assert claims for patent infringement across several industries, including the automotive, server, and wearable technology fields. Mr. Mondelli handles all aspects of patent litigation in federal court, including drafting complaints, infringement contentions, discovery requests, dispositive motions, Markman papers, and other motions. Mr. Mondelli is also familiar with issues related to litigations finance and patent licensing. Prior to joining Rubino IP, Mr. Mondelli honed his skills as an associate at a mid-sized regional firm focusing on complex commercial litigation matters. While there, Mr. Mondelli represented both defendants and plaintiffs in a variety of litigation areas, including contract disputes and business disputes, as well as probate and election matters.
Mr. Mondelli served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Judge Thomas Daniel McCloskey, (now sitting in the Chancery Division) of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division of the Middlesex Vicinage. Mr. Mondelli also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Madeline Cox Arleo, Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Mondelli received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drew University. While in law school, Mr. Mondelli was honored to have his note, entitled “The Roger Goodell Standard: Is Commissioner Authority Good for Sports?” published in the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Volume 42, Issue 1 (2018). Mr. Mondelli was also the recipient of the Peter W. Rodino Scholarship while in law school.
